EXCHANGE OF CLOTHING
I lay bye clothing for my grandsons. One of the jackets was to small and I took it back to exchange it for a lager number. The manager refuse to exchange the jacket because, according to her, the jacket \smell of smoke\" I then randomly asked 10 other people if they also smell smoke on the jacket. NOT ONE of them confirm the manager's claim of smelling smoke on the jacket! I have every person's phone number to confirm it.

It seems that this is only a ploy to boost sales and the customer are caught unawere of this practice which are employed of late. I WARN ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO BE AWARE OF THIS MALPRACTICE AT ACKERMANS CLOTHING STORES. I am going to warn all people on social media about this! "
