EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE & PRODUCT
EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE & PRODUCT:
On 2 July, I lodged a complaint regarding SMD TECHNOLOGIES, due to the issues that my daughter was experiencing with her Premio S51 Cellphone, bought new November 2020.
That same day, several phone calls later, the issue was resolved. Saturday 3 July, I collected Caitlin's new Premio S85 cellphone, with a discounted pay in.
I reiterate: Both of my daughters have Premio cellphones, earphones, headphones and such. I am being haggled for the large Bluetooth speaker. This is how much they like Premio. The S51 was just a dud. These things happen. All we wanted was to replace.
