Yesterday, I had the chance to experience exceptional service from Michael at Ackermans Killarney Mall. Despite a long queue at the till area, Michael demonstrated a strong willingness to assist. His outstanding work ethic stood out, and I would highly recommend him. Despite the extended wait, Michael efficiently attended to each customer, ensuring attentiveness and accuracy. Kudos to Michael – he is truly an asset to the store.
