Excellent turnaround on complaints!!!

My query was resolved promptly. I would like to commend Ackermans for the quick turnaround on complaints, this shows that they really care about their customers. A special thanks to Thabo who called me and informed me that the matter was handled inappropriately by the staff members in the store and told me I can go back to the store in Groblersdal to make a purchase of the item I wanted. Another special thanks to Amanda in the store who was professional and assisted me with a smile. I have no doubt that I will continue shopping in that store for a very long time.
