Excellent Service

My wife usually pays her Avon account online, we did not have enough funds to make an online payment and decided to visit the mall to pay at one of the stores. It was our first time and we were clueless of what numbers to use. we went into pep store to pay...... let me just not say anything about the service we got there...

We did a quick google search to find out where we can pay and found out we can pay at Ackermans. We went in and explained to the lady assisting us (Khanya) what we would like to do. She was patient and explained to us where to check what numbers to use and what to bring next time we pay, we managed to do the payment hassle-free.
