Excellent public relations work

Brenton Benjamin (Somerset West / Main Road branch store manager) is an asset to this company. We wanted to buy a particular blouse/top that was not in-store anymore (sold out, presumably), and Brenton then phoned all the Western Cape branches to source this ... no luck. We then found one at your Bloemfontein branch (on-line search), and Brenton not only kept phoning them until someone answered (!), but he then ordered the top, had it delivered to Somerset West and then contacted us with the good news.

This is excellent client service, and reflects well on Ackermans as a company and as a clothing store.
