Excellent customer service

I was welcomed and greeted by the very polite Zukiswa Mbem at the Southgate branch Wednesday afternoon. She was very warm and welcoming. Assisted me with a smile, I couldn't believe it. I had not been treated so warmly by a cashier at any retail store in years. I requested a laybye, which she gladly assisted me with and I later decided to pay for the items in cash. She smiled and proceeded to void the laybye and ring up my items. Most cashiers would have been annoyed at me and given me attitude, but she patiently assisted me with a smile throughout. I am a customer service manager and deal with customer complaints on a daily. People are quick to complain but never take the time to compliment a job well done. This happened in the afternoon at about 17:30 and I'm sure Zukiswa was tired from being on her feet all day. @Zukiswa: Continue the brilliant job you are doing. This was my 1st purchase at Ackermans in many years and i will definitely return, specifically to the Southgate branch all thanks to the excellent service by Zukiswa.
