Excellence from Ackermans staff

I decided to use the Click and Collect from Ackermans online shopping. My closest store was Fourways Crossing, so I decided to have the package sent there for collection. Ackermans updates often enough so you don't feel left in the dark, and the turn around time is amazing. Upon arrival, I asked the Door Attendant where to collect my Package, he was the most helpful guy I have ever met, he was not supposed to leave the door, but helped me by calling the Manager and updated me as he went along, he is such an asset to any company. I did not get his Name, but he needs a pat on the back and maybe a big Christmas Bonus for being friendly, helpful and just an overall Nice Person.
