Emotional and disturb by the scene

This is a very disappointed review from what I saw and overhead what a area manager can do to his staff. I visited the Ackerman store in Bosman Square in Pretoria on the 19th of this month, I was busy with my shopping when I heard the harsh voice starting to shout and swearing at the store manager. I was shocked and embarrassed by the way the guy was talking to that manager of that store, when I ask one of the ladies working there who is the man, they said it's their big boss Sakhile. But my concern is if there was something wrong that the manager did, why didn't he call him to the office and reprimanded her privately not in front of the customers. That is very rude, I am still shocked even now and asking myself, is it how our children and sisters are be treated out there at the retail stores because you are a big boss. Something needs to be done for the behavior of that big boss, is totally unacceptable to speak to a colleague in that manner in front of customers on floor. I wish this can be reviewed and something must be done about it.
