Double Billing
Ackermans just doubled my installment with when I have been paying religiously. Now they call me telling me that I am two months in arrears when I was only a month in arrears and I paid half of my installment as I could not pay the whole amount. Now when they call and I ask them why do they double this lady who called me insist that I owe for 2months, I would think they should atleast give me proof that indeed I am in arrears with 2months but no she just tell me off. <br> I have proof I hae been paying religious and the statement showing me I was up to date till now.
