Don't USE ACKERMANS ONLINE

I don't recommend using Ackerman's online function online orders AT ALL. I placed an order on 28 Dec and to date, there is NO update and no one can tell me where my order is. I've sent several emails with one reply and still no resolution. I've also called the call centre twice but to no avail. Effectively, they've ****** the measly R200 I spent - which I only did as it wasn't available in store. Pathetic service for a 'beloved South African brand'
