Dont Understand where my payments are going?

My Account is on Debit order, I have NEVER received any sort of statement from you guys regarding my account and payments, The last time I used my card was in September. I once tried to use the card a month ago and it said my balance is R0 even thought I am not even near my limit and the debit order has been going off every single month, the lady at the store actually said that I should remove my debit order as there is a lot of problems and they dont always allocate your payment? I have also noticed that according to my debit orders around a R800 should have been paid toward my account by now and that my balance owing should have been reduced by now??? but everytime I sms for my balance it sometimes gives me an available balance to spend or it sometimes says R0 and my monies owed have not even gone down by a R83?! I should have probably noticed this earlier. I am really concerned and want someone to send me my statement so I can reconcile with my bank statement , I want this corrected ASAP, I feel that I barely use the account i pay ceremoniously every single month via Debit Order meantime I'm getting *****ed?!
