Don't shop online with Ackermans, just got to the store

The worst online shopping experience

I did online shopping for the first time with Ackermans, and I don't recommend anyone to try it.

My order got cancelled without notification, got an email on the 20th of December 2022 stating that I would receive an immediate refund, and there's been nothing until today.

I called the customer service department and they transferred me back and forth instead of solving my problem.

They still owe me R1100 today, and my refund has not been processed!
