Don't purchase from Ackerman if you not from the area
Bought a Tablet for my kid during December vacation in Durban. 5 months later it suddenly goes off, despite being fully charged. Want for Ackerman to send it for repairs but they are declining because their operating procedure, is that I have to go to the store I bought it at to send in for repairs, except, I am in Jhb. There is a store 2km away from me, and they can't submit it for repairs despite me having proof of my purchase.
Higly annoyed!

23 May 2025, 09:55Spoke to Thabo at the Customer care center, was advised about the SOP and having to take the unit back to the store I purchased it from, Tried calling the store, only to established it closed down in January. image.png 287.58 KB
