Don't buy from Ackermans Connect

I purchased a device from Ackermans connect. The next day, I was unable to use the device and I went back to the store to report the matter and they referred to Vodacom who told me they would need to book in the device but would be charging me R375 which is unfair to me because I was reporting the matter before the 7 days. I reported the issue to their call center who told me to write an email to their customer care and unfortunately I received no joy to both emails I sent. I deeply regret purchasing from Ackermans Connect and I will not be doing the same mistake in future. I strongly advise that you stay from Ackermans Connect.
