dont buy cell phones from Ackermans
In the end of May I puch****d a Cell phone. One of the deciding factors of purchasing this phone was I would receive 500Mb for 6 months. I have still not received any Data. Cell C informs me I must contact Ackermans.
I went last Saturday to inform them and they now want to give me a Vodacom Sim with 100 Mb for 12 months. I explained that the other Data is 3gb and the Vodacom is 1.2 Gb how is this fair.
They rep**** that this is all they can do. How can you gave a promotion like this. Selling something incomplete at the full price.
I spend well over R1000 a month with Ackerman's in clothing.
Trust me when I say I will not shop their again!!
