DONE WITH THIS PLACE!!

Make agent calls me…does not ask me if I have time to talk I then stop him and tell him I’m working and then he says to me in an irritated voice that they will charge me for a call back?!?! Excuse me??!! U people call me whenever it suits u and then when I respectfully give u a time to call me back u not only wanna charge me but now u also have an attitude because I politely asked to call back?!?! Then I told him I didn’t sign to be charged for a call and he replies “ didn’t you read your contact” like this is so unprofessional…I within my damn right lost my cool and proceed to ask him who the ***** does he think he is. I am busy working and then all of a sudden a business I’ve been apart of for so many years calls me to basically call me ***********! I will make it my mission to now close this account and NEVER come back! It’s enough all my tops I buy here rips!
