bad bad bad bad. settled my Account with them and i requested for Paid Up Letter since Late Feb-Early March 2023 and still up on till Today no one has sent me the Paid up Letter. I spoke to the Team Leader Thabo and also mailed him several times and he does not come back to what I requested from him. never ever in my life was I Treated this bad after an Account was settled.
