***** Dstv advert by Ackermans Mqanduli

I bought a Dstv decoder and paid R599.00 and was suppose to get installation included but the installer that was recommended and phoned by your branch at Mqanduli said i must pay an extra R160.00 towards the connection cable that runs from the dish outside to the decoder inside. Since i am 18KM from the store i paid R450.00 to the installer for distance of which i don't have a problem with that but the R160.00 for the cable problematic because you advertise free installation if a decoder is bought for R599.00. The installer's cellphone number is *** . The shop contacts this installer themselves for the customer and no mention is made for payment of extra R160.00 for the connection cable is made or said when buying the Decoder.
