Documents required retrenchment and where to submit them

I lost my job in June and my company has given me a retrenchment letter but when I call your service desk they send me around. Where can I submit my documents? You called me back and asked me how much am I willing to pay but you keep on sending me sms saying that my amount will double this month. Please refer me to the correct department so that I can submit all the requirement documents.
