DO YOU CARE ACKERMANS

I had a complaint about Ackermans and a lady called me back on 10.2.2020 to say they received the complaint via Hellopeter and that I would be called back within 24 hours to discuss my complaint. NO LUCK ! I presume not important enough to respond to.
