Do not open an account with them it's a ****

I had a horrible experience while holding an account with Tenacity. They are *****sters. Having an account with them is like signing up for a ****. I have never skipped a payment buy they regularly send me messages reminding me to make a payment. When I have called them requesting a detailed statement in order to see whether my payment are going through. I had called them several times and even sent the emails but they never sent me any. I have sometimes made multiple payments a month fearing for my credit score. To make matters worse, they threatened to block my account and there is nothing I can do about it. I have managed to pay that account off because I wanted nothing to do with them anymore. I have requested that they close the account and send me the closure letter but I'm still stuck with them because they have not sent it yet. I strongly advise everyone not to sign up ant accounts with them. It's a big **** and there is nothing you can about it.
