DO NOT BUY PHONES FROM ACKERMANS!!!

My elderly mom, 72 years old and living alone, bought a phone from Ackermans Madeira in Mthatha in April and the phone has been giving her issues from the get go. She has taken the phone back on numerous occasions and they attempt to “fix” it in store, send her home and the same issue persists! Now they have taken the phone in for “repairs” and she does not have a phone now, we are unable to reach her. Apparently the phone will be back on the 6th of July! Insane! How are we supposed to reach her?? Why are they not giving her a new phone and deal with the faulty one they sold her. I called the store and I spoke to a very condescending man by the name of Sinenceba Mnguni who claimed to be the manager and kept on referring to me as sthandwa sam - a customer! All I want is for them to give her a phone thy works and we all move on! Highly disappointed by all this and i genuinely feel they are taking her issue lightly because she is a senior citizen. Disgusting!
