Do not buy a phone from Ackermans

Let me save you the trouble, do not purchase a phone from Ackermans, the phone is at the store with a lock on it and they all sit there not sure how it help me. I can't get a refund, an exchange or assistance to remove the lock that has been on there. This is how it was sold! Customer are non responsive with no solution or answers
