Dissatisfied with online purchase and customer service (#CSA0012A2D)

I bought 7 items online and only received 6 items. Made a query on 01 May 2026 which I was told the matter was escalated. I still have not received my refund after numerous emails sent. I want my refund on items not received, their policy says you receive a refund in 14 days but it's alreadyy more than a month. I would not recomend anyone to purchase online from these ******!!!!
