Dissatisfied December casual employee

I was a casual employee at Ackermans Carnival Mall employed by Betsie Kruis, the manager. I had gone through unpaid training for the whole of November, in December I was employed on a casual basis and worked through December. I only received part of my wages and was promised the rest in January. It's mid February and still not paid. When querying with the store manager she says it's got nothing to do with her but she'll check with the head office. Its been weeks since the querying has taken place and I along with several other employees have not been paid. Pay up Ackermans!
