Dissatisfied customer

On the 9th October 2022, I went to Ackermans at East Rand mall and I must say I was appalled by the level of customer service. The queues were long however staff members were not even bothered and worked really slow. When it was my turn to be assisted and the till the manager rudely turned me away and closed the till she was working on and told us that she had not called us. I then was assisted by Ntsibseng and while she was running my items through the scanner instead of neatly packing my clothes that I had lay-buyed neatly into the plastic, she just crumpled the clothes and threw them in the plastic.

I raised this with Ntsibiseng and asked that she re-pack the clothes in a proper manner however my request was met with disdain.
