Dissappointed
I'm so disappointed about Ackermans I bought sandals last year December 27 at Northpark Mall for R169.99 those sandals are now damaged yesterday I went to Ackermans Van der Walt spoke to another lady by the name of kate she said I must go back to Northpark because they wont exchange for I asked the to call the Manager for me they called The Manager by the name of Shasha he said they cant exchange for me or refund for me I must go back to Northpark Mall as they already counted their stock so my question how come because is same store I so dissappointed
