Disrespected customer

Good day, I would like to share the disappointment i experienced at one of your branches the Ackermans in Park station, i get to the store and go straight to the 50% sale, i see beautiful sleepwear and take it till to pay ,i get there the teller was still the other lady, fine they finished and then it was my turn.

The lady with gold braids came to the till i was supposed to pay at, they took money out and they ignored me for about 10 minutes they kept on talking while looking at me with that face of you will wait. The other lady asked if the have assisted me and their response was no. I took back the sleepwear and left the store with a broken heart because i really needed those. Couldn't they wait for me to pay and they could continue with their chit chat, it was just 2 items.

I will never step into that Ackermas because of the disrespect i experienced. And please teach your staff to take care of every customer that comes in because your business relyon them.
