Disrespected by staff.

Service at Westgate mall is pathetic - the shop has turned into a kinder garden. Young staff playing and joking about everything in front of customers.

Remarks are been thrown around and the most upsetting thing is a girl by the name of Zenani picks up a box full of shoes with boots inside and a boot fell on my foot and I don't even get an apology, for me that was disrespect to the max.

Their young staff need to be trained and told that there is a difference between high school and a work place.
