Dishonourable
It was with great excitement that I bought my daughter a GM Mobile phone on 28 Feb. This phone was given to her on 02 March on her 14th birthday. On Wednesday we were driving in town when she shrieked, \Mom my phone is doing a funny thing". Well the funny thing was that the phone froze and the screen went all funny. Just like a computer screen when the screen card is burned out. I immediately went to Ackermans in George this morning with the slip and asked them to replace/refund me for this clearly faulty phone. Oh no"
