Disgusting service at the Pavilion!

Ackermans, your staff attitude is appalling at the Pavilion. Please train your staff on customer service, and your protocols. I left the store feeling distressed! The lady behind the counter gave my sister, niece and I such attitude like serving us is a favor! Rolling her eyes and sighing because I needed to do an exchange and did not have a slip, my purchase was on my account, how is it that you cannot pick up my purchases? Had to deal with that plus the stinky attitude of your staff!! When I mentioned that I will complain, I was told to GO AHEAD?? I cannot wait to close my account and not deal with you, I have a bitter taste in regards to the store, my sister an I will be certainly sharing our experience with Friends and family!
