Disgusting service at Ackermans York road umthatha

Ackermans at York road I visited the branch on the 1st of March 2023 to submit documents of my mother(deceased) I was serviced by a nice lady there Nomsa Nyoka she called the call center and she was told to get a claim form from the branch but unfortunately the branch didn't know the form. I decided to leave the branch and told her I will return the following day because I wanted to give enough time to get the claim form. Following day that is 02/03/2023 visited the same branch I asked for Mandisa fortunately I was attended by the manager she told they don't have a person called Mandisa I must go to other guys who were helping clients to open accounts. I was really shocked with his response because those people are working to his branch I asked the first guy he said he doesn't know Mandisa I told them he was here yesterday working at ackermans the other guy told me he is working at circus triangle. Moved back to the manager little bit confused how comes he doesn't know people who are working at his branch I told him Mandisa is at circus triangle how can I contact him because I submitted documents yesterday for deceased he gave me contacts for circus triangle. I called circus triangle no was not available then drove to the branch. I arrived at circus triangle looking for an Employee she was not there and the guys who were opening account told me I must come on Monday I asked them if she doesn't come back to work or got a new job I will have start afresh this process I requested to see the manager or to call customer center to put a complaint. Manager came to and asked what is the problem she was very friendly and tried to locate Mandisa finally she was able locate Mandisa and I was happy with her service I asked myself why the manager at York road was unable to help me instead it must be me who must look for employee of ackermans. Drove back to York road requested to see the manager I asked why he didn't try to locate the employee but preferred to give me contact details of another branch his responce shocked me he told me people who open accounts here are not employed by ackermans that is why he does not know them I told him that when I enter ackermans I only see ackermans employees and I don't even have any interest of how you work at your branch but what is important to me is to able help me and show willingness to help me
