Disgusting service at Ackermans gateway paying for a sell that's siting at the store
Worse service ever Ackermans gateway purchased a cell phone went in for repairs no one contacted me was purchased less than a month after my 30days waiting they told me there's no stock I must wait to get a new cell it's over a month later still no cell but I'm paying for it.no help from manager or customer service to why they siting with my sell for over a month till today and they say they can't even give another cell of the same value

05 Aug 2019, 18:19I have received no help at all but went back to Ackermans and was turned away after an hour of waiting I was called to go back to be credited only to wait for nothing like a fool Ackermans service is over bad they call and lie to u only for me to waiste my time going up and down I expect Ackermans to credit me I to my bank account as I have had enough of going up and down for nothing

05 Aug 2019, 18:21Why make empty promises yes you'll called me three times and I asked if I won't be turned away only for the store to turn me away youl are not helping me at all ,all is good wen I was buying I hate Ackermans and wudnt advise anyone to purchase from such a store
