Disgusting Service

Yoh guys Ackermans employees really just dont give a **** about customer service. From the store to the call center. I have never seen a company not give a **** about how they treat their customers its appalling. I work with customers and I have never treated a customer the way these people do. I was at their store today in Kenilworth and the way this lady brushed me off after asking to help me with my account, this woman just handed me my slip and basically gave me a **** off look with her eyes. I am definitely closing my account and never shopping at their stores. Since the beginning from Gauteng to the Western Cape. Poor service.
