I went to Wonderpark Ackermans for an exchange today, as I got to tills so I found Boipelo whom I kindly greeted and she didn't bother to respond she had some bad attitude going on, so I kept quiet since I need help as she was busy scanning the clothes her colleague Nhlanhla then asks if it was an exchange she then Nhlanhla continues to say " yoh exchanges bore me as they take time and people should fit their kids before they buy to avoid exchanges" Boipelo then agreed with her by acting like my exchange made her weak/sad.
