Disgusting

This morning on the 1/11/2026 I went to Ackerman's Gugulethu Square Cape Town to exchange shoes that I bought for my toddler,at 9:00 am the store was still closed we were alot of people outside waiting for the store to be opened at 9:10 10.minutes past 9 a lady by the name of Indiphile I believe she is a cashier there came with a paper writen the store will open at 9:30 she pasted the paper on the door we were shocked we screamed she Lougheed at us yes she Lougheed.we waited until 9:30 they opened I asked for the manager.the manager came to me her Name is Zodwa I asked her why are they only putting a notice up at 9:10 that the store will open at 9:30 Zodwa did not appologised she also asked me a question,she said didn't the lady who opened the door appologize to us with an attitude a whole store manager I am so disappointed and disgusted with the behaviour of Ackerman's store manager it means that they do not value us as customers and we are not treated as valued customers
