Disgusting dealings with Ackerman's horrid staff.

I was a bit late in may on my payment...I paid mid month...they phned me continuous...I explained I work wth kids n payments were late. So June I made payment on the second of the month...from the 18th of the month (June) the ph calls started...8 calls a day. Mostly rude callers. I phned accounts and was told they had no idea why they were phning me?? My payment was clearly showing up. My installment is 649 I payed 700. From the 18th of June the ph calls started ..where's our money u haven't paid. I informed the lady ide paid on the second of the month and ide phned head office. I got an appology and was told....oh yes I see the payment????? 2day was the best LOL...I got a ph call and was bluntly told...u haven't paid for June. I said yes I have. I was told I was talking ******* she didn't see a payment. I got upset and she put the ph down on me. I phned accounts again n spoke to a lady that saw ide payed on the 2nd ide paid 700 but still owed 8 rand. Bear in mind my payment should be 649. They ph me 8 times a day for 8 rand that clearly comes out someone's fantasy. This is the most disgusting company to deal wth. PLEASE DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT wth them. The way they talk n deal wth customers is disgusting. They will totally hound u for no reason from the 18th of the month for money. I'm absolutely disgusted wth their millions of ph calls and their horrible staff. Ackerman's duck like rotten eggs
