Disgusting attitude gor their cashier

The treatment I received from a male cashier from Ackermans west street (Britannia). I made a layby last month and went back today to get it. Unfortunately I couldn't find my layby receipt so I produced my drivers license for identity of which I used while doing that layby, he told me I won't be able to pass by the door without a till slip. I wanted to pay for some of those items as I already bought somewhere else,,, I didn't need all so he told me I have to pay for all and go join the line downstairs to get a refund. But how????? Coz I was already stood on a long queue, so I left disappointed shame
