i bought a mobicell retro from ackermans beacon bay <br> teh phone has two lines running across screen whivch we noticed ten minutes after fetchingthe phone the sales man at ackermans said i had to wait two days the lines will disapear that nonsense does he take me for an idiot i am highly offended then he said after two days they will send to mtn no way have just bought it cash thay have my money i will not accept a fixed phone nor will i wait while they send it away i demnnded a new one and he refused disgusting customer service and ackermans is giving mtn a bad name and if i recieve no respons or a satisfactory response i will take this further i feel violated and offended that im treated like and idiot and still have to wait two days ???the phone was ten minutes old and they very quick to take money but not qiuck to assist the customer with their faulty **** <br> to me its ***** and they have taken me for an idiot mobicell and mtn and ackermans im very angry and demand a prompt response!!!!!!
