Disgruntled Customer

Listen ackerman's clothing store is a whole **** and a half. I placed an order on June 3 and on June 5th the package was picked up by a courier named PKL.. Who the hell Is PKL, you can't even find them anywhere to track your package. The package is coming from Hammarsdale and Hammarsdale is literally less than an hour away from Durban where the package needs to be dropped off at. The carrier picked up package on June 5th and there aren't any movements after that. I've emailed their customer service countless times and they all have a generic response, wait 5-7 business days...they don't even know how shipping works but all they know is to wait 5 - 7 business days and even gave me an estimated delivery date. Well good for you all cos tomorrow is my 7th day and guess what???? Still no movements when you track the package, its stuck on courier picked up package!!! I'm so done with this company and what's even worse is that you can't find PKL anywhere, you can't even reach out to their customer service to track your package. The link provided by Ackermans takes you to a universal site that can track any package that's out there but the actual suspect is nowhere to be found. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! YOUR SERVICE IS LAME AS HELL!
