Disgraceful Customer Service at Maponya mal

absolute horror, shock and disbelief at the unprofessional customer service I just experienced at Ackermans, Maponya mall. I was at the ladies section looking for a dress and there on top was a dress that I needed. I politely approached a lady on the floor and with a name tag Chantel and asked if they had size 38 and 40, she responded by saying no. I then asked her to please assist me with the item as I am unable to reach. She then wanted to give me a stick to pull the dress/item down. I proceeded to advise her that I am unable to use the stick hence the request for assistance. She then reluctantly followed me to the dress section and took the dress down. After doing so she asked;”Is this difficult shomi? What will you do next time when there is no one around?” I immediately expressed to her that if she didn’t want to assist me, she said have said so, but she still repeated her disrespectful attitude so I left her there and went to speak with the store/co manager to tell her that I am no longer buying because of the experience. The manager then asked me to accompany her to Chantel so we could request for an apology, while I appreciated her efforts, what shocked me is that Chantel still had an attitude. She wanted to lie, after being forced by her manager to apologise, she then apologised for “the things I said she said”.
