Discussing service from Ackermans

Went to Grahamstown high street Ackermans to go get a phone via foneyam. Did the whole process online and just went in with the sms and ID. They did not assist me as they wanted me to do it instore. We tried and it said I should wait 7 days as my s is still valid. Si disappointed and discussed with the whole experience. What wast of patrol.
