************** against PENDIONERS!!!

I have a Dunns card for about 10 years.We moved and here is not a Dunns nearby.I used that card to shop at Ackermans.I thought I lost my Dunns card and let them know immediately and they canselled it,whst is correct.Later I found it and asked them if they can make it current again.Then I decided to open an Ackermans card an d hand in the documents.This morning(17 July 2021) they called me.In the middle of the telephone call the line go dead.They did not call me back like any bussines person would do,but sent me an sms that my application is declined with a ref.number with it.I called them back 3.times but could not speak to a manager.One of the agents told me that "declined" mean that I do not have enough money at the end of each month,but I have about R10 000 every month left after all my responsibilities sre paid.Now I asked you,is this the way to do bussines? They can look at the history of how I handled my Dunns card and st tje 3 momths bank statements I sent them.Please,is there any manager of Ackermans that have the guts to do the research about my situation as PENSIONER and call me back today.I just wonder if you are dicriminating against PENSIONERS???
