Disappointing and frustrated

I trust this mail finds you well.

It is with my deepest disappointment with the unsatisfactory clientele service I’m receiving from both Meadowlands Ndofaya Mall Ackermans store and Mobicel cell phone company, on the 30th July 2020 I bought a Titan Mobicel cell phone. It started to give me difficulties on the 3rd month after purchase I then return it to the shop on 14th October 2020 so that they can book it for repair and I was called to come and collect it on the 23rd October 2020 only to find out that it’s not fixed. I then had to return it again on the 27th November 2020 for the same repair faults being 1. Faulty speaker 2. LCD display delay 3. Incoming and outgoing call delay 4. Speaker volume during the call. On the 15th December 2020 I went back for collection only to find out that nothing is been done to fix the phone and they claiming they don’t find any faults to the phone while they still exist, as per their Mobicel OBF / Repair process they clearly stipulate that it takes 7-14 working days to repair the phone but even today I’m still struggling to get my phone back in good working condition and I made it clear to the Ackermans supervisor that I no longer want that cell phone it must be exchanged with another cell phone of a different model but with the same rand value.

On the 29th December 2020 I went back to the shop and spoke to the supervisor and she referred me the store manager and I was told to come back after 4-6 weeks if I don’t receive any call from them before the given period, I’m so disappointed fed up to a point that I can’t run my business efficiently since I no longer have a cell phone that I thought would be of a good use for my business, it’s not my fault that their products it’s not friendly useable
