Disappointed

I’m so disappointed and very upset with Ackermans Canal Walk . I try calling them no one picks up. Yesterday they called me to say that my daughter Tab that I bought is ready for collection. My daughter only had the tab for a week. The tab went off , didn’t want to charge or go back on. Yesterday when I got to the shop in this taxi strike after waiting v so long for this tab to come back they didn’t want to open the door there were customers in the store but couldn’t just open the door and give the tab. Two of the workers just stood there and looked at me and walked away. Today I am trying to call but on one picks up. I’m sick and tired of this how much long must I wait. Ackermans Canal Walk
