Disappointed customer

I am very much disappointed..as a customer of the store.i always get the best service from acermans elim staff till today. I went to the store to cancel my laybye and use the balance i used to buy something else at the store but the lady who was assisting was so rude made it look like she was doing us a favor.when i raised my concern to her about her attitude she told me to keep quiet and that am making noise she can’t work with me talking..i was hurt very much hurt and disappointed.please fix her attitude before it could spread to other customers too..and the other thing is we live in rural areas where some people don’t know how to raise their concerns but they can just run away from the store..
