Disappointed customer

I did a lay buy at Ackerman in roodepoort it was two parcels that were expiring in the same dates on the 06 11 2025 ..I took out one and ask for extension for month end of June..the stuff was trying to help but the manager didn't want to talk to me she refused to extend for me and tell the cashier to tell me to call on the 25th of June as it has 12 days after expired..my argument is first they dont answer the calls..how sure are they and it's not for the first time laybuying at Ackermans..most of the time I buy at Ackerman west gate ..but roodepoort they choose customers..Ntombi Vilakazi the manager was not helpful..why other Ackermans help their customers..I really need those clothes .the told me that Ackermans doesn't work the same...I'm surprised
