Disappointed customer

14 March 2026. Very bad service at Ackermans The Grove Mall. Stood on the line for over 10 minutes, only 2 tellers working and three other tills had no tellers and the tellers working were chatting away with clients, no sense of urgency at all

The line was long and customers were annoyed and some even left because of the service.
