disappointed client

27/10/2018 I went to Ackermans Mafikeng Mall to laybye my kids December clothes. On the 19/12/2018 went to collect my laybye,I waited for an hour unfortunately my laybye was given to somebody else. I am very disappointed as no one wants to take accountability for it. The branch manager Pamela is not helpful at all as she expects me to run around looking for new clothes,and mind you these are my children's clothes. I lay bought these clothes well on time knowing that at this time of the year I will not get any. Where do I buy them now????

I want Ackermans Mafikeng Mall to make sure they get these clothes and deliver them to me by later today. Their head office is even worse as they tell I have to wait 48 working hours for them to resolve this and this will be next Thursday...After Christmas for that matter.

They took my address but inconveniently forgot to take that other lady's address.

I need this resolved as in yesterday. I do not have time for this at all.
